White Chocolate Shamrock Corn
2 cups lightly salted popped popcorn (I use the brown paper bag method, but regular microwave popcorn would work just as well)
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of green granulated decorating sugar
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave - microwave on high for 30 seconds then remove and stir, continue heating in 30 second increments until melted smooth
 - Quickly stir in green sugar and pour over popped popcorn
 - Toss to coat

Tortellini w/ peas tossed in a roasted red pepper vinnagrette (schmantzy Italian dressing), 
cucumbers w/ dip, kiwi and melon fusion Jello Jigglers
