White Chocolate Brown Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag white chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground pecans
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
- Cream together the butter and sugars
- Add in eggs and vanilla
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients
- Stir in white chocolate and nuts until just combined
- Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet
- Bake at 300 degrees for 18-20 minutes
These look yummy, and I think dried apricots is a great idea!
