20 Pound Tuesday Update

Happy Tuesday!  Another week, another sad sad scale day.  Nothin new to report - hmmm, maybe this challenge should be for Christmas 2011.  At this rate, I'm not sure if I could even meet that target!  Oh well, onward and fatward ;)
