Peach Freezer Jam

I spent a little time Sunday afternoon making a batch of Peach freezer jam.  I used the exact recipe from the Sure Jell box (because I'm terrified it'll turn out icky if I change a thing!)  I used a mix of yellow and white peaches because I'm a rebel like that.

It's so crazy sweet, but soooo good.  It just tastes like summer.  Real canned fruit and preserves are good, but nothing beats the incredibly fresh taste of freezer jam.  I'm planning making another batch tomorrow - sweet cherry-peach this time :)

I am in LOVE with freezer jam. When you don't cooked the fruit a bunch, you get such a fresh, wonderful flavor. I've done freezer strawberry jam for a few years, and I've always wanted to try peach. I'm bookmarking this. Super yummy!

If you’d like, I wanted to invite you to share your best recipes over at my new party, Recipe Sharing Monday at Jam Hands. I’m going to be featuring my favorite submissions during the week and I’d love it if you’d join in the fun. :O)

The Peach Freezer Jam blog is a delightful journey into the essence of homemade sweetness. As I read through the recipe, I couldn't help but imagine the sheer abundance and premium ingredients one might choose if they could #spend bill gates money on creating the perfect jam. It's a testament to the simple joys of preserving flavors with a touch of extravagant possibility.
